Good (G): A book that has been read but is in good condition. Very minimal damage to the cover including scuff marks, but no holes or tears. The dust jacket for hard covers may not be included. Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. No missing pages. Acceptable: A book with obvious wear. May have some damage to the cover but integrity still intact. The binding may be slightly damaged but integrity is still intact.     highlighting/underlining/notes. May contains identifying marks from previous owner or bookstore.

  • Acceptable

    A book with obvious wear. May have minor damage but nothing that compromises the legibility or understanding of text. May
    contain heavy highlighting, underlining or/and notes.
    All significant defects will be
    noted. 

  • As Is

    Describes a book that is sufficiently worn. This copy may be heavily soiled, scuffed, stained or spotted and may have loose joints,
    hinges, pages, etc.
    Any defects will be noted.

  • Dust Jacket Grading

    (A) Excellent condition, may show the smallest signs of
    shelf wear if any.
    (B) Shows minor shelf wear, contains some tiny tears or
    creases along edges.
    (C) Contains moderate shelf wear, some noticeable small
    tears and stains.
    (D)
    Contains medium sized tears and may have some very
    noticeable stains.
    (F)
    Contains heavy wear and tear, portions of the DJ may have been ripped off and is missing. May Contain heavy staining.
