ISBN: 9781618870612Juan San Emeterio was born in Cuba in. 1947, where he studied electrical engineering at the Universidad de Oriente through the third year of studies. He emigrated to the United States in 1970 and has resided in Puerto Rico since 1972. In Puerto Rico he has dedicated himself to business interests such as import-export and is currently owner of the Hotel Milano in Old San Juan.
Besides his business interests, San Emeterio is a writer, and he defines himself as a "humanist...because I beleive in the potential that we are all born with, and that enables us to achieve self-knowidege and consecration with the Supreme Creator that is our greatest responsibility, and the only real and valid goal in life"
As San Emeterio puts it, "the word is the supreme instrument, the conquering sword, the magical door that allows us to entry into the realm of knowledge.../ ask the grace of The Lord in order to serve my fellow men and women through the word, and if I am able to do that, it will be my greatest joy."
