Condition Notes: Full leather binding, showing an early professional reback in matching brown leather. The original 1750 gilt-lettered (partially faded) spine has been laid down over a sturdy new leather core but now contains heavy cracking . The binding exhibits a visible overlap onto the boards but remains structurally tight and completely secure. Title page is torn at the top corner. All other pages are in good shape with intermittent foxing and portions with damp stains. Binding is tight.
